6-WEEK HEADSTART TRIAL PROGRAM

We know you take great care in ensuring your litters are placed into loving homes and that you provide owners with the information they need to fulfill the needs of their new puppy. By enrolling each puppy in our 6-Week HeadStart Trial Coverage, you’ll be helping their new owner take the first step in keeping them happy and healthy.

The voucher effective date is the day the puppy leaves your home. To ensure the new pet owner receives coverage, you may activate the trial coverage up to 3 weeks prior to the effective date (the date the puppy goes home) or no later than 7 days after.

COVERAGE OVERVIEW

Our 6-Week HeadStart Trial Coverage includes $1,000 of Accident & Illness protection for six weeks, 80% reimbursement of veterinary fees from a licensed veterinarian, $100 deductible per incident, a 48-hour waiting period and no premium, plus other value added benefits.

THERE IS NO COST TO YOU OR THE NEW PUPPY OWNER FOR THEIR COVERAGE.

Additionally, when the new puppy owner converts their trial coverage to an Accident or Accident & Illness policy, they will receive their first month of coverage at no cost (offer not available for Wellness Care).
